The villa is located in Nueva Andalucia.

Puerto Banus Beach, Rio Verde Beach and Ocean Beach Club are around 8 minutes away.

Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha golf clubs are 2 minutes away.

Malaga Airport is 40 minutes away and Gibraltar Airport is 47 minutes away.

All distances refer to driving.

The property

The villa is built on 3 floors.

It has 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.

It has a lovely outdoor pool with a beautiful garden.

The pool is heated, and the garden features an automated watering system.

There are two separate areas on the terrace, one an outside dining space with an undisturbed view to La Concha mountain and the other a lounge overlooking the garden.

The yard also features a Finnish sauna built by an actual Finn.

The villa features an elevator.

There is one huge garage where you can park 5 cars.

From the entrance a large living room/sitting area opens up, with the ceiling reaching nearly 5 meters high.

From the living room, double-sided doors open to the garden with the pool.

One master bedroom is located on this floor, it has a private bathroom and a dressing area.

This is a family floor with the master suite, a walk-in wardrobe, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate terrace.
