Its elevated location allows great West views on the Golf valley.

Main house
The main house has an elevator, serving the 4 levels : ground floor, first floor, second floor, and underground floor.

Accessed by lift or with a spirale metallic staircase, is another ample dazzling space, with a bedroom and a living room in open plan, a superb terrace, which offers a breathtaking open view on the golf valley, and a bathroom.

Basement
A vast area fills the underground floor, consisting of :
A strikingly elegant spa center is set here, with a large swimming pool and a massage room.
There is also an entertainment zone, with a generous cinema room (12 cinema armchairs) and another leisure room.

There is a separate building, with, on the ground floor, a summer kitchen and dining room with a barbecue;

Outdoors

In front of the main house, a large parking area for several cars.
On the other side of the villa, a large flat garden space, a swimming pool, a paddle tennis court, a fully equipped gym. Landscaped garden, with luxuriant vegetation and mature trees.

The house benefits from a security system with cameras which monitor the residence from key points. A screen placed inside the main building constantly displays the various areas of the house.
