Location
El Paraiso is a cosy and quiet community of villas and apartments, situated on what is now called the New Golden Mile, that is the area between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona. It has all amenities such as golf courses, tennis clubs, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and plenty of kid friendly places.
There is a 10 minutes drive to Marbella, and it is midway between Malaga airport and Gibraltar airport, both less than a 45 minutes drive.
The villa is on a peaceful street.

Property
Very intimate and friendly property, impeccably decorated, exquisite finishes and splendid sea views from the first floor.

Ground floor
Large, impressive living room, with big sofas and armchairs which are upholstered with leather. The living room has access to the large eat-in fully equipped kitchen.

Second floor

The large balcony has two access points: through both the bedroom and the bathroom, which is directly linked to the bedroom.
On this level there is another room with a bathroom that is currently used as an office but which can be turned into a fourth bedroom.

Outdoors
From the entrance side there is a garage for two cars and there is room for three other cars inside the courtyard.
On the other side of the property is the swimming pool. A porch is set up here, with a patio, where you can admire the beautiful landscaped garden, with luxuriant vegetation.
