At a stone throw from the beach, and 800 meters away from the famous Mistral Beach of Puerto Banus.

The property
The villa is built on four levels.

Ground floor
The entrance lobby leads to the living and dining room, which has direct exit to the terrace and to the garden, pool and grill spot.
The lobby connects also to the eat in kitchen, to a bedroom, a bathroom and the staircase.

First floor
On this level there is the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom and own terrace with panoramic views, and two other bedrooms, using a common bathroom.

Second Floor
The attic contains a single medium-sized space, which can be used with multiple purposes: relaxation, storage, habitation, working space etc.., and which is currently used as a bedroom.

The lower ground floor
Consisting of a large-sized open space, it can be used for recreation and entertainment, having a pool table, several couches and a bar. On the same level there is also a bedroom with its own bathroom.
