Location
Nueva Andalucia has become highly sought after for luxury house buyers. It is situated just north of Puerto Banus.
Its reputation as "The Golf Valley" derives from its five well-known golf courses, comprising Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf and La Dama de Noche (especially lit for midnight golf).
The house is a 2 minutes drive from the glamourous Puerto Banus, and from all its amenities: shopping centers, restaurants, bars, banks, etc..

Property
It is built on three levels - the lower ground floor, the ground floor and the first floor.

Ground floor
Entrance hall with guest toilets, and then access to the living room with its fireplace. Connected to a sitting room/ TV room, and to an intermediary room (could be a study or an office) on the way to the staircase to go upstairs.
