The most sought after location in Marbella : front line beach in Puerto Banus on the Golden Mile. It has a single bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/laundry. Further after that kitchen is the garage (for storage and for sport equipment, not for cars) which has a direct access to the beach, and to one of the yards of the property.
First floor
The first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, with its dressing and its bathroom, and a nice terrace with sea and beach views. From this terrace one can access a sauna and hammam (steam bath).

Second floor
There is also a top floor room, currently used as an office, with a terrace and its stunning sea and beach views.
